1 General Introduction & Definitions

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum amount per deposit is BDT 200.

4 Bonus & Promotional Offers

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Applicable on the first deposit once.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The bonus amount can only be withdrawn after placing bets totalling a specified multiplier (e.g., 20x or 30x) of the bonus value.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within that time, the bonus will be forfeited.

• When a member personally requests account closure.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).

10 Limitation of Liability

Xbajji accepts no liability for the following:

• If gaming is interrupted due to technical issues, server downtime, or loss of internet connection.
• If account information is compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway.
• If a game result is affected by an unexpected technical error — in such cases, the decision will be based on system logs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xbajji's total liability to a member shall never exceed that member's total deposits for the relevant month.

11 Right to Amend Terms & Conditions

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
